Albany Police arrest man for alleged animal cruelty ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Albany Police Department has arrested a 32-year-old male following an investigation into two pit bulls found locked in a crate. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. - Prosecutors charged three adults this week in connection with two big-ticket retail thefts last year in St. Louis County.
