Published Thu, 20 Feb 2025 19:39:27 GMT

Ty Chandler talked about seizing the moment last Sunday after the Vikings’ 27-24 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. Though the young running back would have preferred a win more than anything else, he had to settle for a performance that saw him rush for 132 yards and a touchdown on 23 carries in the first start of his career.“He’s got juice,” quarterback Nick Mullens said. “It’s what we want from a running back.”Chandler’s explosiveness has been on display ever since the Vikings selected him in the 2022 NFL Draft. The last time the teams met, star receiver Justin Jefferson dominated with more than 200 yards receiving. If he can make a similar impact this time, the Vikings will have a pretty good chance at an upset victory.Keys for the Lions— If the Vikings are going to try to pressure Goff, the Lions need to counter by running the ball with regularity.
